The user interviewing experience:
Although it was difficult to get the interviewee into the situation appropriate for the study, the effort was well worth it, with many insights to be discovered. Careful observation and reflection over the findings provided lots of useful information. Although it was difficult thinking of the right questions to ask, getting it right would lead to those "why didn't I think of that" moments.
